Booking and Payment

Service Bookings

When you book a service through our website:

• You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
• Services are subject to availability
• Appointment times are confirmed separately after initial booking
• Full payment or deposit may be required to secure your booking

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled appointment: full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund or rescheduling option

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:
